Specialized engineering support for large or complex WiFi installations to include preparation of site maps for access point locations, cabling and network engineering support (remote) and other specialized support required for custom installations.  Basic package includes initial engineering, setup and configuration assistance (see below) and one years follow on remote support via phone/mail once the initial installation is complete.

This service includes one session where we will use a remote management tool to log in to your computer and check/adjust the radio configuration of both the access point(s) and the on board units. This session will take place by appointment with you and you will see everything we do as we do it. To take advantage of this service you need Internet connectivity and you will need to allow us one time access to perform the work. We use the Citrix Go To Assist product to connect to your system.

If you like we can also provide on site technical support at your railroad on an expense paid basis. Simply put, you pay our expenses for the trip and we'll come and tune your system.

This service is a level beyond our normal free technical support and normally only required by large railroads that need multiple access points to cover long distances or unusual terrain. Take advantage of our radio engineering expertise to solve the tough problems.

To utilize this service you need to use our access points, we make extensive use of the diagnostic utilities they contain to do the work
